How To Make The Best Tasting Shrimp Tacos!!!

Ingredients
1lb Raw Shrimp
Seafood breading mix (optional)
Canola oil
4 jalapeños
1 avocado
4 limes
Fresh cilantro
4-6 Roma tomatoes
1 head red cabbage
1 onion
Garlic pepper
Salt
Preparation

**WASH YOUR HANDS & VEGETABLES**
Deshell Shrimp & Season With 1 tablespoon of salt & 1 tablespoon of garlic pepper

Homemade Salsa
Cut up 6 tomatoes in 4 quarter slices and add in blender
Cut up 4 jalapeños and add in blender
Chop up 1 cup of cilantro and add in blender
Chop up ½ cup of onions and add in blender
Add 1 tablespoon of salt
Now Pulse for 8-10 times or until it reaches your consistency
Refrigerate for 1 hour

Toppings For Taco
Chop up rest of Onion & Cilantro and mix together
Chop up ¼ of red cabbage
Cut an avocado in half, remove the nut and peeling and in a bowl smash it all together and add ½ tablespoon of water and ½ teaspoon of salt and mix it together and make a cream
Slice limes into quarter pieces

Preparation For Deep Fried Shrimp
Mix ½ Bag Of New Orleans Style Shrimp Fri Batter With some water (add water while mixing it and make the batter not runny but not too thick… it should run off the fork kinda slow)
Add Shrimp to Wet Batter
Warm up a small pot on stove with ½ way full of canola cooking oil
Add Shrimp to wet batter and coat them well
Once grease is hot, add shrimp 1 by 1 into grease. Don’t overcrowd the pot.
Cook for 45 seconds – 1 minute and remove shrimp
Place on paper towel to drain excess grease

Preparation For Pan Fried Shrimp
Season With 1 Tablespoon of Garlic Pepper
Season With 1 Tablespoon of Salt
Chop Shrimp into 3 slices
Warm up pan on medium high
Add ½ tablespoon of canola oil
Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes while moving shrimp around (don’t overcook shrimp)
Remove from heat but keep them covered

Preparation For Tortilla
Warm up pan on stove to medium high
Cook individual Tortilla for 10-20 seconds on each side or until they are ready
