Today I am making my version of Bo Luc Lac also known as Shaking Beef. This Vietnamese dish is one of my favorites and can be easy to make. The beef is so flavorful and tender. I usually serve this with a side of steamed rice and a simple cucumber salad dressed with fresh lime juice.

4 TBSP (60 mL) oyster sauce
1 1/2 TBSP (22 mL) fish sauce
1 1/2 TBSP (22 mL) dark soy sauce

-Marinate the beef for at least 30 minutes
-Cut onion, scallions and tomatoes in large chunks and set aside
-Preheat skillet or wok and add oil or fat of your choice
-To your very hot skillet add marinated meat in a single layer. Do not over crowd your pan. Cook in batches if necessary
