I show you how to Debone a whole Chicken,without breaking the skin, leaving it in one piece, and completely intact.We use the tunnel boning method to remove the whole carcass from inside without piercing the skin, then turn it inside out and De-bone the legs from inside out, finishing with a great boneless Chicken parcel ready to stuff.
