How to Make Discada

How to Make Discada, a traditional Mexican dish served at large gatherings. It’s made in a pan called a “Disco” but can be prepared in a skillet.

Ingredients:
1 lb bacon
1/2 lb Mexican chorizo
1 lb beef, cubed
1 lb pork, cubed
1 package FUD chicken hot dogs (optional)
1 large onion
3 roma tomatoes
Goya Adobo or salt and pepper to taste
Cilantro for garnish
flour tortillas
