HOW TO MAKE PERFECTLY BAKED CHICKEN BREAST
2 split bone-in chicken breast
2 teaspoons avocado oil
salt + pepper
Pre heat oven to 350.
Place chicken breasts on a rimmed baking sheet and drizzle each one with 1 teaspoon of the avocado oil.
Season generously with salt and pepper.
Bake in the oven for 45 minutes or until the internal temperature has reached 165 and the skin is golden brown.
Cool. Chop and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
