nacho chips ( I noticed I called the chips, tostadas instead of chips lol brain fart)
shredded mozzarella cheese
1 ROMA TOMATO
1/4 OF A WHITE ONION
1TBSP OF CHICKEN BOUILLON
1TSP OF GARLIC POWDER
1/3 OF WATER ( DEPENDS ON THE CONSISTENCY YOU LIKE AND THE WATER IS THE BOILING WATER USED)
You boil the jalapeños, tomato, onion in a pan with 2 cups of water. Once it boils and the jalapeños,tomatos and onion become soft, you will remove then from the heat still keeping the water. You put the jalapeños,tomato and onion into the blender and add the rest of the ingredients.BE CAREFUL with the water it depends on the consistency you like. I don’t like super watery I like in-between.I also go slow with the water..I add half of the 1/3 of the water and blend then I add the rest. if you need more water just keep adding from the water where you boiled your veggies.
