Puff Pastry Mexican Cups Fun Fast & Easy Recipe :
Two Puff Pastry Sheets
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
1/2 cup to 1 cup shredded cheese
.65 oz taco seasoning
1/2 cup chunky salsa
2 cups black beans or any beans you like
2 tablespoons cooking oil
Put oil into a pan and add chopped onions, garlic paste and ginger paste. Cover and saute for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the taco seasoning, salsa and half cup of water. Mix everything well and add beans.
Cook until the water has evaporated.
Cut the each puff pastry sheet into 9 square pieces which 18 pieces altogether.
Put the squares on to a muffin pan.
Add beans and cheese on the top of puff pastry pieces.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until you see the edges are golden.
Puff Pastry Mexican Cups are ready to serve with salsa.
