2 heads of fresh cabbage chopped (4 lbs)
1 medium onion died (160 g)
1 bell pepper diced (160 g)
3 cloves garlic minced (15 g)
3 Tbsp unsalted butter (42 g)
32 oz (1 L) low sodium chicken broth
1 1/2 (680 g) smoked turkey legs or wings
*I used a 6 quart pot for this recipe
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp black pepper
