Ingredients
(4 Buns)

(A) Dough:-
1. 150g( 1 & 1/4 cup ) Bread flour
2. 18g ( 1 & 1/2 tbsp ) Caster sugar
3. 2g ( 1/2 tsp – lesser ) Salt
4. 8g ( 1 tbsp ) Milk powder
5. 2g ( 1/2 tsp full ) Instant dried yeast
6. 100ml ( 1/3 + 1/8 cup ) Warm milk
7. 15g ( 1 tbsp ) Soften butter

(B) Butter Fillings:-
1. 40g ( 2 + 1/2 tbsp – lesser ) Soften butter
2. 20g ( 1 & 1/2 tbsp full ) Caster sugar

(C) Topping:-
1. 40g ( 2 + 1/2 tbsp – lesser ) Soften butter
2. 35g ( 3 tbsp – lesser) Caster sugar
3. 1 Egg yolk + 1/2 Egg white
4. 40g ( 1/3 cup ) All purpose flour
5. 2g ( 1 & 1/2 tsp ) Instant coffee powder
6. 2 tsp Hot water

Bake in a preheated 175°C ~ 185°C oven for 15 minutes.
Baking time & temperature may vary depending on the type and accuracy of oven. You may need to adjust your oven temperature accordingly.
