2 cups water
1 cup rice
Bring water to a boil. Add rice and bring back to a boil. Reduce temperature to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Stir once, after that do not stir. Remove from heat. Cover and let steam for 20 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve. Add black beans, yellow corn or chicken for added flavor and presentation.
Ingredients: Rice (long grain rice, iron, niacin,thiamine, folic acid), tomato powder, sun-dried tomato, green bell pepper, onion (onions, partially hydrogenated canola oil, wheat flour, salt, citric acid), garlic salt, chicken broth/seasoning (salt, sweetener (sugar and/or dextrose and/or sorbitol), hydrolyzed corn protein, natural flavor (autolyzed corn protein, natural flavor (autolyzed yeast extract, salt, sugar, whey, lactic acid), chicken fat, disodium inosinate & disodium guanylate, dried chicken (natural flavor), parsley, turmeric color, onion,celery & garlic powders), soybean/vegetable oil, salt, spices & herbs, peppers.
