2 Roma Tomatoes, ripe
¼ white onion
1 garlic clove
1 jalapeno or serrano chili
½ cup Fresh cilantro
Heat up a small sauté pan (with no oil!) roast tomatoes, onion, garlic and jalapeno pepper until black.
Blend all ingredients with cilantro leaves and season with salt.
