Veg Mexican Tacos Recipe | MEXICAN STREET FOOD – TACOS | मेक्सिकन टैको रेसिपी From Swapna's Cookbook

Taco is a traditional mexican recipe.Today
I am going to show you Veg mexican tacos.It is
combination of Taco shells /Corn or wheat
tortilla, Raw vegetables,Boiled black beans,
Sour cream,Guacamole and seasoning.This
recipe is very good option while doing diet as
it contains fiberous raw vegetables and baked
tortillas.You can prepare as starter in parties too.

Lets’ begin.

Ingredients :

– Boiled Black beans
– Chopped vegetables (Onion,Tomato,3 color
Capsicum and Lettuce)
– Taco shells/Tortillas
– Sour cream
– Guacamole / Avocado chutney
– Taco seasoning

For Taco shells/Tortilla :

— 1 Cup Maize/Corn/Makai/Makki Flour
– 1/4 Cup Rice Flour
– Salt to taste.
– 2 Tsp Oil
– Water For kneading dough
– 1 Tsp Chilli Flakes
– 1/2 Cup boiled & peeled Beetroot juice(optional)

For Sour cream :

– 1/4 Cup Fresh cream
– Salt to taste
– 1/4 Tsp Lemon juice

For Guacamole/Avocado chutney :

– 1 Ripe Avocado
– 1 Tbsp Fresh cream
– 2 Tbsp Chopped Onion
– 2 Tbsp Chopped Tomato
– Salt to taste
– Lemon juice

Method :

For Taco shells/Tortilla :

– Take a bowl add all ingredients mention above for nachos.
– Mix well adding water slowly.
– Knead medium soft dough.
– Make each flavour dough separately .
– Cover a lid and keep aside for 10 mins.
– Now take small portion of dough and roll to athin chapati.
– Now cut into big circle with the help of bowl or cookie cutter so
that to get all chips in equal shape.
– Now prick it with the help of fork.
– Take microwave rack and arrange all tortillas.
– You can use muffins tray,keep upside down,place
tortilla on each mould ,give shape like katori.
– Bake tortillas at 180 deg C for 10 to 15 mins.
– Taco shells/Tortillas are ready.

For Sour cream :

– Take fresh cream in a bowl.
– Add salt and Lemon juice according to your taste.
– Mix well.
– Sour cream is ready.

For Guacamole/Avocado chutney :

– Take ripe Avocado,Cut into half.
– Scoop the flesh of Avocado in bowl.
– Mash well with the help of fork.
– Add chopped Onion,Chopped Tomato,Salt,Lemon juice
Fresh cream.
– Guacamole/Avocado chutney is ready.

_ Now start assembling everything one by one.
– Taco shell/Tortilla,layer of chopped Lettuce,
Boiled beans,vegetables,Guacamole,Sour cream
and Seasoning.

ready to eat.
