Vegetarian Breakfast Burritos – Best Recipe for all cooking levels

I love a delicious burrito and have assembled a recipe for you to try. I know you’ll love it too. Although it’s vegetarian, meat lovers can add their choice of meat and as much as you like. It’s that flexible. If you enjoy spicy foods, then this burrito is for you, not only for breakfast, but for any meal of the day. For hot peppers, alternatives, substitution for this recipe are available, especially if you must reduce the heat significantly for your taste buds. I will mention that the peppers used in this recipe are not incredibly hot. They do add a bit of a kick, but it’s to ignite your palate with a boost of flavor, which compliments the spices such as curry, cumin & turmeric. Ingredients for Guacamole:
Red Onion
Lime Juice
Sea Salt and Pepper to taste

Ingredients for tofu mixture:
1 Block Mashed Tofu or Chickpeas (if you want to avoid soybeans)
1 Red Chili Pepper
1 Cubanelle Pepper
1 tbsp. Red Bell Pepper
1 tsp. Red Onion
3-4 Garlic Cloves

Ingredients for Salsa:
1 Small Tomato
2 tbsp. Red Onion
1 Garlic Clove
1 tbsp. Cilantro
1 Lime Wedge
Sea Salt & Pepper

Other Ingredients:
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
2 tbsp. Ground Curry – reduces inflammation
1 tbsp. Turmeric – antioxidant
1 tbsp. Cumin – reduces digestive spasms, aids in weight loss
2 tbsp. Fresh Basil -abundance, peace & love (dried basil works too)
2 tbsp. Hummus
2 Whole Grain Wraps

Extra Ingredients for taste:
1 tbsp. Tomatoes
A few Lime Wedges
1 tbsp. Cilantro
Sea Salt & Pepper to taste
